Here you may securely report violations, acts of corruption, or related offenses, in accordance with the provisions set out in the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers, approved by Law No. 93/2021 of 20 December, as well as the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption, approved by Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021 of 9 December.

What is the Whistleblowing Channel

The whistleblowing channel is an online platform for the submission and handling of reports and is an essential tool for detecting all types of irregularities, including corruption and related offenses.


What can be reported

The following may be reported:

  • Acts of corruption, fraud, bribery, abuse of power, or conflicts of interest;
  • Other unlawful acts, namely situations of workplace harassment, discrimination, or serious breaches of professional duties;
  • Labor practices that violate internal codes of conduct and work instructions.

Handling of the submitted report

The reports submitted will be subject to technical analysis by the whistleblowing channel manager, who may:

  1. File the report due to the absence of unlawful conduct or lack of evidence allowing the investigation to proceed;
  2. Refer the report to an internal department or to the competent external entities (administrative, investigative, or judicial).

What protection is granted to the whistleblower

Confidentiality regarding the whistleblower’s identity is guaranteed, in accordance with Article 18 of Law No. 93/2021 of 20 December, except where there is a legal obligation or a judicial decision.
In the processing of the whistleblower’s personal data, the provisions of Article 19 of Law No. 93/2021 of 20 December shall be observed.
The whistleblower benefits from the protection and support measures, as well as from the guarantees provided for, respectively, in Articles 22 and 23 of Law No. 93/2021 of 20 December.
The whistleblower also benefits from the liability regime provided for in Article 24 of Law No. 93/2021 of 20 December.
